Any registered User of GSHSMS.com can send sms text messages to his/her friends, family, colleagues, clients, contacts, etc. using the GSHSMS.com Interface. However, GSHSMS.com does not allow use of its services for sending unsolicited commercial email and/or SMS text message (spam), and by using GSHSMS.com services, you expressly agree not to transmit spam using the GSHSMS.com system. Any User who transmits spam over the GSHSMS.com system will be cut off from the GSHSMS.com service. If you believe you have received a spam message generated from our system, please let us know by sending an email to support@gshsms.com. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the details of the message, such as the content of message, time of delivery, sender name, short code etc. so that we can take the appropriate action to stop the spamming.
